This is the Bandai Japan release of this Megazord/mecha from 2004.

The condition of the mecha is in rough shape. There is rust on the metal hinges that move the hands and other joints. This does make the Mecha a little difficult to transform. The number 2 blue zord hinges don't move to open the propellers. The electrics on the Mecha don't work. There is yellowing throughout the mecha and some rust coloring.
This Mecha still stands and can display well.
