Spheres Consulting Emporium - Nthabiseng Nyamane

From 9-to-5 to Working-Till-Whenever-I-Feel-Like-It: My Adventure in Entrepreneurship!

Imagine this: You wake up to the sound of your alarm, signalling another day at your 9-to-5 job. But today, something’s different. Today, you decide to trade in the predictable routine for the exhilarating, unpredictable world of entrepreneurship. That’s exactly what I did, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.

Leaving the security of a 9-to-5 job was both thrilling and terrifying. I swapped my steady salary for the freedom to work whenever I felt inspired (within targets and client projects). No more clock-watching or rigid schedules—just me, my dreams, and a whole lot of tea.

With my partner’s support and my daughter’s endless cheerleading, Spheres Consulting Emporium was born. This wasn’t a walk in the park. It took grit, late nights, a lot of brand changes, and a refusal to give up. But every challenge was worth it because I was laying the bricks for a legacy that would give my family the freedom to choose their own paths.

Proud Moments and Dreams for the Future

One of my proudest achievements has been mastering the art of building websites that not only catch eyes but also bring people through the door. Helping small businesses tell their stories and see their visions come to life has been incredibly fulfilling. There’s nothing quite like watching a client’s dream take flight and knowing you played a part in it.

The journey doesn’t stop here. My goals are expanding to include two new ventures in the gifting and interior decor industries. It’s an exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to see where it leads

Like many, we’re still feeling the financial impacts of Covid-19. It’s been tough, but I’m determined to persevere. We will make it. We will conquer. The resilience learned during this time has only made me stronger and more committed to my goals.

Being a mother, homemaker, sister, aunt, and businesswoman means wearing a lot of hats. It’s a juggling act, but it’s also a source of immense pride and joy. Every role I play enriches my life and fuels my creativity.

Gratitude and Magic + A Quote to Inspire

As we celebrate Women’s Month, I’m reminded of the magic within us all. We are resilient, creative, and capable of extraordinary things. Let’s be grateful for our health, our creativity, and the incredible privilege of pursuing our dreams.

“Being a mother, homemaker, sister, aunt, and businesswoman means wearing many hats. We must always be grateful for our health, creativity, and the privilege of pursuing our dreams. Women’s Month reminds us that we are magical beings capable of achieving extraordinary things.”

To all the women out there, let's continue to break barriers, build legacies, and celebrate our worth. The journey is far from over, and I can't wait to see where it takes us next. Here's to us—women of worth, strength, and boundless potential.
